Advance Shipping
Advance shipping is handled through the events GSC, Raphael’s Convention Services.
Exhibitors utilize their services to ensure items arrive to their booth space without worry of delays in delivery both to and from the halls.
Their advance warehouse accepts shipments 2 weeks before the event, will store your packages and deliver them to your booth space. Then return it to their facility after the show to await pickup or prepare it to be shipped to its next event. RCS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR : SHIPMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE OR ANY ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED ON THE SHOW FLOOR.
Empty container forms are available at Exhibitors Services for exhibitors to affix to their containers/pallet after unpacking. These will then be stored until the end of the event on the 23rd of April.

Outbound Shipping can be handled again through Raphael’s Convention Services or your preferred freighter.
On 4/23/26 All materials must be removed from the show floor no later than 8pm. (Raphael’s stays onsite till then clearing the halls)
If any items are not taken off the premises by that time they will be considered “forced freight” and taken to the Advance Warehouse by Raphael’s.
Charges for this are outlined in their PDF for how they handle materials left in the halls post move out.
Bill of Ladings will be available if needed at Exhibitor Services during move out.
Important Notes ~ Any exhibits or exhibit material arriving prior to set-up day (Tuesday, April 21st, 2026) must be arranged through Raphael's Convention Services, (858) 689-7368. Shipments must arrive pre-paid. Any exhibits or exhibit materials arriving set-up day must be received by and signed for by company representative or arranged with Raphael's Convention Services. It is further understood that the exhibitor must provide for their own means of loading and unloading materials. Management absolves itself of any responsibility of materials arriving on set-up day.
Forced Freight: RCS shall not be liable for goods not picked up by customer’s chosen carrier by the show deadline. It is customer’s responsibility to complete accurate paperwork for shipping and insure its goods are appropriately labeled.
Customer acknowledges that it is a lessee of space and as such has an obligation to remove its goods on or before the targeted time. If goods remain on the floor after this point, RCS has the right to remove them in order to restore the premises to its original condition for show management pursuant to the venue’s lease with show management. In such cases RCS is authorized to proceed in the manner chosen by customer on the order for material handling services / straight bill of lading.
Failure to select one of the provided options will result in re-routing at RCS’ discretion and at customer’s expense assuming the goods are labeled for return. RCS retains the right to dispose of goods left on the show floor without liability if left unattended or without labels
