Temperature is the most fundamental of measurements for monitoring and testing electronic systems. Thermocouples are the go-to solution for most applications but in challenging environments, fiber optic temperature sensors (FOTEMP and BRAGG) are the proven solution. FOTEMP sensors are intrinsically unaffected by electromagnetic, high voltage, microwave and rf fields. Commercial FOTEMP and BRAGG sensors are employed in a wide range of medical, industrial, food, chemical, energy, test, and defense/aerospace applications.
