This session walks through a complete prototyping workflow executed for an automotive OEM client. Topics include 3D printing housing geometries that are impossible in injection molding, wall thickness optimization for structural performance, brass heat-set insert installation, LED strip rewiring and custom configuration, capacitor integration to eliminate electrical flicker, and weatherproof connector assembly. This work was delivered as 10 working prototypes within 30 days.
